One day, we were contacted by Zahrah, asking if we could do with Halal meat, and if we could cook Thai cuisine - to celebrate her husband, Tajwar, birthday.
"YES!!!"
Although we are not a halal company, but we can always provide services with certain restrictions!
And our talented Chef Bob is of course, is a great cook of any South East Asian cuisines, like Malaysian, Singapore, and Thai cuisines. As well some Korean and Indian food!
This was their first experience trying Indonesian cuisine, and they were really thrilled with the rich flavours and ingredients.
We also cooked some of their specific requests: Tom Yum soups and Mango Sticky Rice. And they are impressed with chef' skills.ne at their home.
