Just like the quote above, we always want to respond to every opportunity that knocks on our door. One of them is being a Private Chef!
When Emily O'Brien, the founder of Comeback Snacks and Woman of Distinction 2020, first contacted us asking if we were willing to cook on her birthday party, we could only say "Yes!" without any hesitation!
We were being honest to her that we had never become a Private Chef before, but we were more than happy to make this special day memorable!
After discussion about the menu and any other preferences with Emily, and of course we did our own homework about everything, the Special Day finally came.
With the menu chosen, we were able to create some unique and creative serving ideas to be served on her dining table, that was topped with Batik sheet - an Indonesian traditional cloth/sheet.
Companied with traditional Balinese melody that was played on the back, made the whole dining experience so memorable.....
