SAMBALS
(SPICY HOT SAUCE)
By CNN, one of Indonesian foods Indonesians can't live without is SAMBAL!
While technically more of a condiment, the chili-based sauce known as SAMBAL is a staple at all Indonesian tables. Dishes aren't complete unless they've a hearty dollop of the stuff, a combination of chilies, sharp fermented shrimp paste, tangy lime juice, sugar and salt all pounded up with mortar and pestle. Some restaurants have made it their main attraction.
We offer 2 sizes of Sambal: 250 ml (jar) and 500 ml (container).

ATJAR (INDONESIAN PICKLES)
Complete your meals with one of the most popular condiments: INDONESIAN PICKLES called ACAR or ATJAR (Dutch/old Indonesian spelling)!
Atjar is commonly served as a condiment to be eaten with a main course, such as various fried snacks, nasi goreng (fried rice), satay, or any grilled meats.
Just like common pickles, the sour taste of Atjar is meant to freshen up a meal, especially fishy dishes or the rich and oily dish such as mutton satay to neutralize the fat.
Our Atjar consists of marinated chunks of cucumber and carrot.
