Surprise is always good, especially if it is food related!





We do have Open Pre-Order on the weekly basis for the special dish of the week, and it is served every Saturday only. We call it as "SATURINDO SURPRISE".


If you order what's on the Pre-order list, there is no minimum quantity, unless for delivery.

If the menu you are craving for is not on the Pre-Order list of SATURINDO SURPRISE, we do require minimum quantity to order. It has to be 5 portions per dish. It could be in 5 lunchboxes OR in a small tray of 5 portions.


Due to our order load every week, special dishes request depends on our availability.

SATURINDO SURPRISE has different special menu every week.

​We launch the menu every Thursday, closing on Saturday, and the delivery is for the upcoming Saturday.


For instance:

The Pre-order menu information is launched on Thursday, January 7th

The closing date to order is on Saturday, January 9th

Delivery/Pick-up is on Saturday, January 16th

NOTE FOR DELIVERY

Either FREE DELIVERY or PAY DELIVERY FEE would have minimum order, depending on the distance. Check out our Delivery Zone (GTA only) below for more information.



NOTE FOR DROP OFF POINTS

Currently, Drop-Off points are only available on Saturday.

Drop off points: Limeridge Mall (Hamilton), Sherway Garden Mall (Etobicoke), Yonge/Bloor (Toronto), and Finch Station (Toronto).





TERMS & CONDITIONS



ORDERING

1. To order, please send us a Direct Message.

2. We always require payment all in advance by the time you place your order by e-transfer.

3. There is NO REFUND or CANCELATION after the closing date.

4. For the "LIMITED QUANTITY" dishes, as it is always "first paid first serve" dish, we require you to pay once you place your order. Once payment has been confirmed, unfortunately NO REFUND, NO CANCELATION for it.

5. If you choose to pickup your order at a Drop-Off point, ensure you are available on the day of pickup day within the designated timeframe before you place an order.



PICKUP & DELIVERY DAY

1. There is no refund for late pick-up at the Drop-Off point.

2. If we do deliver your order, and you live in an apt/condo, as some buildings don't allow non-residents to come into residential areas, so we expect to meet up on the ground level (i.e. Lobby) to make it easier for everyone. If you have certain situation that requires us to drop-off you order on your unit door, please let us know in advance.

3. If you live in an apt/condo, please stand-by on your phone on the delivery day within the timeframe that we have informed you a day before. We will not deliver your order for the second attempt if you fail to answer your phone. You can either pickup your order at a designated Drop-Off point within our timeframe that have set on that day, OR pickup in Hamilton, OR pickup the following Saturday.
