ORDERING
1. To order, please send us a Direct Message.
2. We always require payment all in advance by the time you place your order by e-transfer.
3. There is NO REFUND or CANCELATION after the closing date.
4. For the "LIMITED QUANTITY" dishes, as it is always "first paid first serve" dish, we require you to pay once you place your order. Once payment has been confirmed, unfortunately NO REFUND, NO CANCELATION for it.
5. If you choose to pickup your order at a Drop-Off point, ensure you are available on the day of pickup day within the designated timeframe before you place an order.
PICKUP & DELIVERY DAY
1. There is no refund for late pick-up at the Drop-Off point.
2. If we do deliver your order, and you live in an apt/condo, as some buildings don't allow non-residents to come into residential areas, so we expect to meet up on the ground level (i.e. Lobby) to make it easier for everyone. If you have certain situation that requires us to drop-off you order on your unit door, please let us know in advance.
3. If you live in an apt/condo, please stand-by on your phone on the delivery day within the timeframe that we have informed you a day before. We will not deliver your order for the second attempt if you fail to answer your phone. You can either pickup your order at a designated Drop-Off point within our timeframe that have set on that day, OR pickup in Hamilton, OR pickup the following Saturday.
